DIY: FLOURLESS PANCAKES

Happy Pancake Tuesday! I was craving pancakes today but wanted to opt for a healthier version. These pancakes taste great and they’re a great source of protein. I ate mine with jam but you could top them with maple syrup, peanut butter or Nutella.

What you’ll need:

2 eggs
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1. Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.

Step 2. Add your banana. Use a fork to mash your banana as best as you can. If there are clumps it’s ok.

Step 3. Stir in your cinnamon.

Step 4. Grease your pan with butter or oil and set on a medium heat.

Step 5. Pour your mixture into the pan making as big or as little pancakes as you’d like. (I was able to make three)

Step 6. After a few minutes flip your pancakes. (Both sides should be a golden brown)

Step 7. Serve and enjoy with maple syrup, jam or peanut butter.
